Bonus Terms and Conditions

1.General Information

1.1. Each player has two balances: real and bonus. Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance.

1.2. A player can have multiple separate bonuses within their bonus balance. However, only one bonus can be active at a time. The player can switch between active bonuses at any time at their discretion.

1.3. The availability of bonuses is determined by the presence of the bonus in the player's profile. Bonuses not intended for the player will not be displayed. Bonus offers may be received via e-mail, SMS, or other communication channels.

1.4. Bonuses (along with any winnings) that are not intended for the player may be forfeited.

1.5. Some bonuses may be awarded as free spins. Free spins may be valid for up to 14 days from the date they are received, depending on the bonus terms.

2.Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

2.1. The Client may earn bonus funds at any time during play. It’s crucial to review the bonus terms, as additional conditions may apply to each bonus.

2.2. Bonus winnings and the bonus itself can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.

2.3. Once wagering requirements are met, the Client may request a withdrawal at any time.

3.Bets and Withdrawals with Active Bonus

3.1. If a withdrawal is made before completing the wagering, the Client will lose the bonus funds and the bonus itself.

3.2. Real balance is used for bets first. Only when the amount on the player's real balance equals to zero, he starts playing for bonus money.

3.3. If the funds in the real balance are insufficient, funds will be deducted from the bonus balance.

3.4. All winnings from such bets are credited to the bonus balance without adding to the wagering.

3.5. Funds and winnings received from tournaments, promotional activities, partner networks, or other third-party sources (“networks”) are credited to the User’s bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement of x2 (two times) the credited amount. Such funds and winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met in accordance with these Terms.

4.Bonus Wagering Requirements

4.1. Bonus wagering is the number of times the Client must wager the bonus funds to be eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus will be outlined in the bonus terms.

4.2. The wagering requirement is typically presented as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit.

4.3. Games* and Contribution to Wagering:

• Card games (e.g., blackjack, video poker): 5%
• Slot games: 100%
• Roulette: 0%
• Four Aces, Aviator, and Ace Round games: 0%
• Live casino games: 0%

5.Bonus Abuse

5.1. The Company may review the Client's betting history and account transactions. If the Client is found to have abused the system, the Company may:

• Cancel all bonuses and winnings from them.
• Suspend or close the Client’s account.
• Require the Client to provide a valid phone number for identity verification.

5.2. If the Company is unable to contact the Client, bonuses may be canceled, and the account may be blocked.

6.Bonus Withdrawal Limits

6.1. The maximum withdrawal from a bonus is specified in the description of each bonus. If not stated there, the maximum withdrawal is x5.

Examples:

• A 200% bonus on a 1.000TL deposit would result in an 2.000TL bonus.
• For a bonus of 2.000TL, the maximum withdrawal would be 2.000TL × 5 = 10.000TL.
• If free spins are part of the bonus, the maximum withdrawal amount will be x5 the winnings. For example, if the winnings from free spins are 500TL, the maximum withdrawal will be 500TL × 5 = 2500TL.

7.Wagering Requirements for Different Bonuses

7.1. Each type of bonus has its own wagering requirements. Depending on the type of promotional offer, the wagering requirements may range from x2 to x50. The wagering requirements are always specified in the bonus terms.

Examples:

• Vouchers (no deposit bonuses, deposit X% bonuses), free spins, rewards in lotteries: wagering requirement starts at x35;
• Cash winnings in the Wheel of Fortune: wagering requirement of x20;
• Individual achievement bonuses (rewards): wagering requirement up to x40.

7.3. The maximum bet for wagering is limited based on the Client’s loyalty status:

• Newcomer, Amateur: 150TL
• Experienced: 200TL
• Professional: 300TL
• Master: 400TL
• Legend, VIP Gold, VIP Platinum, VIP Diamond: 1500TL

7.4. The maximum bet applies to the total round, including any subsequent rounds or re-spins.

Thus, if a player with Master status wagers a total of 1000TL, only 400TL will count toward the bonus wagering requirement. Maximum bet limits apply to the entire round of a game, including any subsequent rounds of potential winnings doubling (risk-type games) and re-spins.

7.5. When the Client uses up all the funds in their balance, the wagering requirements will be canceled.

7.6. Once the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds will be transferred from the bonus balance to the Client’s main balance and become available for withdrawal. The Client may receive new bonuses at any time by contacting customer support [email protected]

7.7. Bonuses with promotional codes are valid only for one (1) deposit. Such bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses.

7.8. The Client has the right to deactivate the bonus balance and play exclusively with real funds.

7.9. Upon claiming a no-deposit bonus, players should be aware of a maximum cashout limit on winnings from the bonus. This limit is clearly stated in the bonus terms. If a player's winnings surpass this limit, the excess will be deducted when they withdraw. This rule aims to ensure fair play and equal distribution of bonuses.
